This is Part 2 of the series and contains the “Bunny Burner Workout”. So let’s “hop” to it and get your body moving and put that spring into your step!
SWEAT INTO SPRING BUNNY BURNER WORKOUT
Along with good nutrition comes a good movement session! To put a little spring in your step, I have the perfect cardio burner circuit that will not only build strength, but will also energize your body! I call it the “Bunny Burner Workout”- themed for the spring of it! So put your squat stand on and let’s get hoppin’…
Accessories: Squat Stand
Level: Medium-High Incline (Adjust and modify as needed)
Approximate Circuit Time: 5 continuous minutes/ round (timed for 60 sec./ex)
• Learn the exercises properly before executing the workout.
• Perform the following exercises listed in circuit format for 10-20 reps/ exercise or set a timer for 45-60 seconds/ exercise.
• Repeat as many rounds as desired.
Supine (belly up)
● Squat Hops
● Alternate Hops
● Single Leg Hops
● Single Leg Hops (R/L)
Prone (face down)
● Glute Press (no hopping)
